Do the Work to Do Better: 

It is our responsibility to learn more, do the work and to do better. I challenge myself to learn more on a regular basis, even when I don't want to do the work. We must recognize our privileges, address inequity, and  talk about racism and white supremacy. If we are going to build a better world, we have to be the ones taking the initiative to be better. I believe as we gain a greater understanding and allow ourselves to know other perspectives, we can truly extend authentic kindness and connect!
